Here’s what we need you to do:

You will utilize your strong work ethic and relationship development skills to find and cultivate new prospects for our products and services. Then, you will listen intently to your prospects and ensure we can meet their needs very closely. You will gain agreement as to the outstanding value proposition of our offerings. Then, your proposal development skills will shine, as your clients will love the fact that you’re documenting the value to be created and the solution you’ve promised. Finally, you will follow up relentlessly until the deal is done.

And you’ll intelligently manage enough of these cycles so that you will blow your quota away.

Who you are:

This isn’t your first rodeo in sales. You’ve paid some dues for at least five years in outside business to business (B2B) sales and made your quota consistently. You love what you do. So, prove it to us! You make our decision much easier when you can credibly show us you’re the real deal as to your past quota attainment. Candidates that demonstrate proof of quota attainment will receive much higher credibility with us.

Your motivation, drive and success instincts should be evident without question. We love self-motivated winners.

We sell emergency communications equipment and monitoring services to tens of thousands of companies across the US and Canada. Previous experience selling B2B products and services is extremely helpful.

Our Business Development Managers will be assigned a specific territory or account list and will have an assigned annual quota for new sales. If you’re a proven hunter, this is the career role you’ve dreamed about.

Compensation is comprised of a base salary plus commission based on your attainment of assigned quota. Company benefits include health/dental insurance, Paid PTO, 401k, car allowance and more. Some travel is required to meet with customers in your area.
