Your Job

  • Professional, organizational and disciplinary leadership of the employees in the group Inside Sales Americas
  • Jointly implementing and supporting the Global Sales Strategy at a regional level to ensure continuous growth through effective business planning and revenue target achievement
  • Continuous monitoring and reviewing of the Partner Programme incl. partner status and Target Agreements
  • Securing and maintaining a realistic project pipeline that will ensure revenue target achievement
  • Joint responsibility for the creation and execution of the regional marketing strategy
  • Lead Management, incl. follow-up from events, exhibitions and training courses
  • Maintaining up to date customer records and data
  • Participating in exhibitions or other sales related events
  • General sales related tasks as required

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business or technology related field
  • Experience in leadership
  • High level of social competence
  • in-depth experience in inside sales or customer service roles
  • Experience in technical sales and channel management
  • General IT Know-How, and interest in IP Technology 
  • High level of business and customer orientation
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised in a structured and organized manner
  • Self driven and perseverant with an acute awareness of deadlines, costs and figures
  • Very good English speaking and writing skills
