Summary
Manage & direct all aspects of business development to achieve sales and profit goals in a multi-state region by supporting and enhancing a dealer channel consisting of dealers, integrators and resellers by generating pull through business with strategic end-users.

Responsibilities
Dealer/Installer Channel ManagementGenerate Pull-Through Business by Facilitating Sales Calls on End-Users of Strategic Value.
Set Short & Long Term Sales Strategies Implement Appropriate Sales Techniques to Increase Region’s Sales Volume Strategic Planning, Lead Management, Sales Reporting, & Forecasting System Design & Cost Estimating Influence Architects, Engineers, Specifiers & Consultants
Perform End-User Seminars and Participate in Regional and National Trade Shows
Field Level Sales & Applications Support & Training
Lead & Direct Work of Others
Provide Technical GuidancePerform Conflict Resolution
Manage Customer Expectations

Requirements
2+ years experience selling PACS, VMS, video analytics, readers, credentials and other related physical security technologiesMinimum of 2-5 years experience developing pull through business using a consultative, strategic-selling process at the C-Level is imperative.

Minimum of 2-5 years of experience managing a dealer/installer channel consisting of dealer, integrators and resellers required.Experience selling into the Fortune 1000 environment desired.Experience selling network/IT centric solutions is highly-desired.
Experience working with Local, State, and Federal government customers a plusExperience in the network, database, or software industries a plus.

High-School Graduate or GED Required4-Year Degree a plus but not necessary for the right candidate.
