Responsibilities:

• ●  Business development: aggressive B2B customer acquisition, channel partners development, first-class back office support
• ●  Markets analyzing and sales strategy building
• ●  Relationships building
• ●  Team management
• ●  Sales process development
• ●  Team building and sales people development
• ●  Personal involvement in the big deals Requirements:

• ●  Experience in sales and in the security systems/CCTV
• ●  Have a “money magnet” 😉
• ●  Sales director position in B2B for 3 years+
• ●  Experience managing 20 mln+ revenue stream
• ●  Achievement of YoY growth >30%
• ●  Personal deals 1 mln usd+
• ●  English – Upper-Intermediate
• ●  Polish – native
• ●  Technical background is nice to have
• ●  Team-oriented approach. “One man show” is not something we are looking for.
